Eperoto Starter is a basic version of Eperoto’s application and therefore:
· Input and results are stored only in the browser of the user.
· Allows the creation, assessment, and editing of only one case and scenario.
· Limits certain functionalities, such as interest calculations, bankruptcy/enforcement risk, legal cost insurance, modeling the risk of appellate proceedings, and the creation of PDF reports and downloading of images.
· Manages cases with only up to 1000 potential outcomes.
· Email addresses provided when requesting access are not linked to the use of the software, but may be used to inquire about potential interest in further use of the software and to send information about future software updates in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Access and use of Eperoto’s Software is conditioned on the acceptance of Eperoto’s Terms and Conditions, including Data Protection Agreement, but with the following alterations (references shown in parentheses):
· Computations based on input are conducted on external servers. “Data is encrypted in transit and is only temporarily stored in the user’s local browser. Eperoto does not retain, store or create backups of any data (See item 4, second paragraph in the General terms and Conditions as well as item 2.5 and 2.6 in the Data Processing Agreement).
· Anonymised user interactions (no values or text input), such as clicks and other non-identifiable visual actions may occasionally be collected to improve the software and to gather statistics on usage.
· Eperoto may terminate or block access to this Starter version at any time (see item 2, second paragraph in the General Terms and Conditions.
·The starter version relies on CAPTCHA to keep the site secure and prevent automated bot access.
